Genesis adds new members to its growing environmental and construction division
To meet the demands of our recent growth in environmental remediation and construction, Genesis Environmental Solutions is pleased to announce that Bill Tott and Jake Bustillo have joined our team.

Bill Tott
With over twenty years of heavy utility construction and environmental contracting throughout the Midwest, Bill Tott is experienced in managing and performing field implementation of environmental construction and remediation projects. Bill’s expertise encompasses operation and maintenance (O&M), project coordination, estimating, contracts, preparation of health and safety plans, scheduling and supervising multiple crews and subcontractor personnel, underground storage tank (UST) removals, installation of remediation system components and system startup and troubleshooting. Bill has multiple certifications in OSHA, Hazardous Waste Operations, Evacuation Safety, First Aid and CPR, and is adept at working with equipment vendors to enhance and upgrade new product system designs.
Jake Bustillo
Having 10 years’ experience in heavy civil construction and cured in place pipe (CIPP), Jake is knowledgeable and experienced in project management, estimation, contract review, scheduling, and preparation of job site safety plans/analysis. He is close with many vendors that supply his projects. Jake has an extensive background in managing multiple large-scale projects, and his experience in heavy civil projects range from, water main repair/installation, sanitary sewer repair/installation, storm sewer repair/installation, as well as site concrete and tilt up concrete. Jake’s certifications include OSHA 30, Confined Space Entry, First Aid & CPR, and has been recognized in the past for safety performance on the project site.
